Alyssa is organized, professional, responsive, informative, hands on, and provides top notch communication ! Alyssa helped us to nail down our vision for what we really wanted for our wedding and then executed it flawlessly! Alyssa was with us from the very beginning stages of planning, all the way through the end. We spoke almost daily and we even had “Wedding Planning FaceTimes” to go over new ideas, timelines, etc. we never felt alone or nervous in planning our big day because of Alyssa. Due to some staffing issues at our venue, the day of coordinator had changed not once, not twice but three different times. Alyssa helped us to stay CALM and always had our backs. She was on every detail meeting call with the venue explaining exactly what we wanted, our vision and how we can navigate all the changes and did it seamlessly. Even with all the venue staff changes, Alyssa made sure that we had the wedding of our dreams. She was there first thing in the morning at the venue, checking on me, my bridesmaids, family, she even worked with the venues kitchen staff to make sure everything was correct, etc, setting up the tables and making sure they were absolutely perfect, and helped with ALL of our decor and more. I was able to stay nice and calm and truly focus on the fact that it was my wedding day. There are just not enough words to explain how much Alyssa and all of her hard work meant to us! Alyssa is the best! Everyone in our wedding party adored her and she was the most efficient possible. She made sure everything was done well in advance of the day and went above and beyond.

We really wanted Rita’s italian ice at our wedding, but had a very hard time getting in contact with them. As a day of coordinator, she did not have to get involved, but she somehow managed to get in contact and make it happen for us.

We could not recommend her enough! I did not want to bothered on my wedding day and she made sure everyone knew that and came to her with any problems that arose which were few considering how well she had handled everything already.

Also ask about her about her napkin folding skills lol! She’s is amazing.

Since the wedding, my husband and I have chatted about hundreds of reasons we’re so glad we chose to work with Alyssa. One of our favorites is this one: Just 30 minutes or so before the ceremony, the wind showed up and hit close to 30-40 MPH. Alyssa was hands on immediately, guiding all available staff through an absolutely seamless swap to an indoor ceremony. It was stunning, timed to perfection despite the weather chaos just minutes before, and she kept me and my now husband calm through the whole thing (trust me, not easy to do as a bride who picked a venue based on the outdoor ceremony location).
